Magnis SureSelect XT HS2 RNA Reagent Kit (Compatible with Magnis system)

The Agilent Magnis SureSelect XT HS2 RNA Reagent kit, built on proven SureSelect chemistry, enables a fully automated, targeted RNA-Seq workflow in combination with the Agilent Magnis NGS Prep system. The workflow is optimized to reliably detect fusion and measure gene expression level in low input and FFPE samples. Starting from isolated total RNA, it produces strand-specific, reproducible libraries that are comparable with manual workflows and compatible with downstream Illumina sequencing platforms.
