The High Sensitivity RNA ScreenTape assay, together with the TapeStation instruments, provides automated electrophoresis and quality control (QC) of total RNA samples of low abundance down to 100 pg/µL. The assay enables quality assessment for both prokaryotic and eukaryotic samples, as well as accurate quantity assessment for eukaryotic samples, and provides information about sample integrity, sizing, and concentration.
